Terms of Use

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern access to and use of the followerslab.fr website (hereinafter “the Site”), published by MXCORP, a company incorporated under Bulgarian law registered under number 207985104, whose registered office is at 93 rue Ekzarh Yossif, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.

Using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms. Orders and subscriptions are further governed by the Terms of Sale.

Article 2 - Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to anyone with an Internet connection. Ordering is reserved for persons of legal age or for duly represented legal entities.

The Site is in principle accessible at all times. MXCORP may suspend access for maintenance, without this giving rise to any compensation.

Article 3 - Personal areas

3.1 Customer area

Subscribers have a Customer area in which to use their Credits and manage their Subscription. No account creation is required for a one-off Order.

3.2 Affiliate area

The affiliate programme requires the creation of an account with an email address and a password. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and must report any fraudulent use without delay via the contact form.

Article 4 - Use of the Services

Followers Lab never asks for the password of a social network account. Users undertake to place orders only for accounts or posts they own or are authorised to manage.

The Services may not be used for unlawful, hateful or violent content, for sexual content involving minors, or for content infringing the rights of third parties. MXCORP may refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with this rule.

Users acknowledge that the platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, X) have their own terms of use, which it is their responsibility to comply with.

Article 5 - Affiliate programme

5.1 Commission

The affiliate receives a commission of 30% of the pre-tax amount of orders placed by customers they have referred via their personal link. The link is tracked for 60 days after the click. Once a customer has ordered, the affiliate receives the commission on that customer's subsequent orders, with no time limit.

5.2 Validation and payment

Each commission is validated 30 days after payment of the order concerned. A commission linked to a refunded or disputed order is cancelled.

The affiliate requests payment of their validated commissions from their affiliate area, from €50 upwards. Payment is made by PayPal or bank transfer.

5.3 Promotion rules

Affiliates may promote their link freely, with the exception of buying advertising keywords containing the Followers Lab brand. Any misleading promotion, any spam and any self-ordering are prohibited. In the event of a breach, MXCORP may close the affiliate account and cancel the commissions concerned.

Article 7 - Intellectual property

The Site and its elements (texts, graphics, the Followers Lab logo, code) are protected and belong to MXCORP. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of the platforms belong to their respective owners.

Article 8 - Liability

MXCORP implements the means necessary for the proper functioning of the Site, without guaranteeing that it will be free of errors or interruptions. MXCORP is not responsible for decisions taken by the platforms regarding users' accounts.

Article 9 - Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 - Contact and support

All requests are made via the contact form on the Site. Support replies in French, within 7 business days.

Article 11 - Amendments and governing law

MXCORP may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time the Site is used.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the country of residence of the consumer user.
