Terms of Sale

Preamble

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter “the Terms”) apply to any order placed on the followerslab.fr website (hereinafter “the Site”), published by MXCORP, a company incorporated under Bulgarian law registered under number 207985104, VAT BG207985104, whose registered office is at 93 rue Ekzarh Yossif, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria (hereinafter “Followers Lab” or “we”).

Any order or subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the Site on the day of the order.

Article 1 - Definitions

The Site offers three ways to order:

The characteristics of each Service (available quantities, average delivery time, price) are presented on the Site before the order.

Article 3 - Ordering

3.1 Placing the order

The Customer chooses the network, the Service and the quantity or the Subscription plan, then gives the Target and their email address. No password is requested. The summary shows the total price before confirmation.

The order is final once payment is made. A confirmation is sent to the email address given.

3.2 Information provided by the Customer

The Customer warrants that they own the Target or are authorised to order for it, and that the Target is accurate and public. Followers Lab is not responsible for a delivery that is impossible or incorrect due to a Target that is inaccurate, private, deleted or changed during delivery.

Article 4 - Prices and payment

4.1 Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The minimum amount of a One-off Order is €0.99. The crossed-out prices and discount percentages displayed are indicative of the current offer.

Subscriptions are offered at €29.99, €39.99 or €49.99 per month. The number of Credits corresponding to each plan is shown on the Site for each Service.

4.2 Payment methods

Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, via secure payment providers. Followers Lab stores no banking data.

4.3 Subscription charges

For a Subscription taken out directly, the first charge takes place on the day of subscription, then every month on the same date.

For a Subscription added as an option with a One-off Order, the first charge takes place 7 days after the order, then every month on the same date. No Credit is allocated before that first charge.

If a charge fails, the allocation of Credits is suspended until the situation is resolved.

Article 5 - Delivery

Delivery generally starts within 15 minutes of payment or of the use of Credits. It is gradual and may take from a few minutes to several days depending on the Service and the quantity. The times shown on the Site are average times, given for guidance only.

During delivery, the Customer undertakes to keep the Target public and not to change its username or delete the post concerned.

Article 6 - Subscription and Credits

6.1 How it works

Each Subscription covers a given Service. At each charge, the Credits of the chosen plan are added to the Customer area. The Customer allocates them freely to the account(s) or post(s) of their choice.

6.2 Validity of Credits

Credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are granted. Credits not used within these 30 days expire and are neither carried over, nor refunded, nor convertible into money. The expiry date of the Credits is shown in the Customer area.

6.3 Term and cancellation

The Subscription is entered into for a term of one month, automatically renewable, with no commitment. The Customer may cancel it at any time from the “Cancel my subscription” page on the Site or via the contact form.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: no new charge is made and the Credits already allocated remain usable until that date. A Subscription added as an option and cancelled before its first charge gives rise to no payment.

6.4 Price changes

Any change to the price of a Subscription is notified to the Customer at least 30 days before it applies. The Customer may cancel free of charge before that date.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European distance selling regulations, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 days from the order or the subscription in which to withdraw.

By confirming their order, the Customer requests performance of the Service before the end of that period. They acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal for a One-off Order that has been fully delivered, and for Credits already used under a Subscription.

In the event of withdrawal within the period, Followers Lab refunds the undelivered part of a One-off Order and the unused Credits of the current period.

Article 8 - Refunds

If Followers Lab is unable to deliver all or part of an order, the undelivered part is refunded to the payment method used. The terms are detailed in the Refund Policy.

Article 9 - Results and platforms

Followers Lab guarantees no result in terms of visibility, revenue or account performance. Social networks may change their rules or remove interactions at any time, independently of Followers Lab.

Followers Lab is affiliated neither with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or X, nor with the companies that operate them. The Customer uses the Services under their own responsibility, in compliance with the terms of the platforms concerned.

Article 10 - Liability

Followers Lab is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage, nor for the suspension or restriction of an account decided by a platform.

In any event, Followers Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the order concerned.

Article 11 - Support

Support is provided in French, exclusively via the contact form on the Site. A reply is provided within 7 business days.

Article 12 - Personal data

The data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 13 - Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the country of residence of the consumer Customer.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact support first in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
