✔ 30-Day Refill Guarantee
All our services come with a 30-day refill guarantee. If you notice a drop in followers, likes, views, or subscribers within 30 days of delivery, simply contact us and we will refill the lost quantity free of charge.
1. Important Information — Nature of Services
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and services, we wish to inform you transparently about the nature of our services before purchase:
- Followers, likes, views, and subscribers are delivered by real accounts or through engagement methods specific to each social media platform.
- Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) may, at their sole discretion, remove accounts, followers, or interactions as part of their moderation policies and algorithm updates.
- These removals are beyond our control and do not constitute a fault on our part.
- The delivery of the ordered quantity is guaranteed. The long-term retention beyond 30 days depends on platform policies.
⚠️ Pre-contractual notice (Article L221-5 French Consumer Code): By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have been informed that social media platforms may remove followers or interactions at any time, and that this is inherent to the nature of the service. Our 30-day refill guarantee is designed to protect you against such drops.
2. 30-Day Refill Guarantee — How It Works
- The guarantee starts from the date of full delivery of your order.
- If you notice a drop in the delivered quantity within 30 days, contact us with your order number.
- We will verify the drop and refill the lost quantity at no cost.
- The refill is processed within 24 to 72 hours after validation.
- The guarantee covers the initial quantity ordered, not additional growth.
3. Conditions for Refill
The refill guarantee applies provided that:
- Your account is public (not private) at the time of the refill request.
- You have not changed your username since the order.
- Your account has not been suspended or deleted by the platform.
- The drop is not caused by your own actions (mass unfollowing, content deletion, etc.).
4. Eligibility for Refund
A monetary refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and we are unable to fulfill it.
- The service delivered is significantly different from what was described.
- A technical error on our part prevented delivery.
- We are unable to provide a refill under the 30-day guarantee.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- The service has been fully delivered as described.
- A natural drop occurs after the 30-day guarantee period.
- Your account was set to private during delivery.
- You provided an incorrect username or URL.
- Your account was suspended or deleted by the platform after delivery.
- You changed your username during or after delivery.
- Drops caused by platform algorithm changes after the 30-day period.
6. Digital Services — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content or services when execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate execution of the service and waive your right of withdrawal.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with Articles L224-25-12 to L224-25-26 of the French Consumer Code (transposition of Directive 2019/770), you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services:
- The service must correspond to the description provided and be fit for the purpose expected.
- In case of proven non-conformity (non-delivery or partial delivery), you may request a refill, a new delivery, or a refund.
- Our 30-day refill guarantee goes beyond the minimum legal requirements as a commercial goodwill gesture.
8. How to Request a Refill or Refund

- Your order number
- Your email address used for the order
- A description of the issue (with screenshot if possible)
Refill requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours, and approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks
We kindly ask you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to finding a fair solution for every case. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of your access to our services.
